Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No 45 (Vinaconex45.JSC) is a member of Viet Nam Construction Export and Import Joint Stock Corporation (Vinaconex.JSC), which was established on 15th July 2003.

After three years, Concentrating on building infrastructure and training human resource, Vinaconex45 have a precast concrete factory with 8 ha area and good staffs. Developing precast concrete is difficult, but the company has been coming over. Many projects have been signed in 2006 and 2007 which affirm initial successful result.
